All transactions on jli55 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). There are no internal currency conversions at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The amount you deposit is the exact amount credited to your jli55 account balance.

jli55 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods:

• Deposits made to jli55 are for gaming purposes only. jli55 does not accept deposits made with funds that do not belong to you or that are obtained through unlawful means.

• Deposits that cannot be verified or that are flagged during anti-money laundering checks may be held pending investigation. jli55 will contact the account holder through registered contact details in such cases.
• jli55 reserves the right to reject deposits from payment methods not verified against the account holder's name. All payment methods used must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals from your jli55 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent verified deposit where possible. All withdrawals are settled in Philippine Peso.

jli55 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by the specific terms stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The following general bonus terms apply to all jli55 promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: most jli55 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. • In cases where a palpable error has been made in the published odds or game configuration — a figure clearly outside the reasonable range for the event — jli55 reserves the right to correct the error and void or reprice any bets placed at the erroneous line.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jli55. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account on jli55, whether under your own name or using another person's details
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage
• Allowing or assisting any person under 21 years of age to access the jli55 platform using your account

• Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder, including stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials

jli55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following are grounds on which jli55 may take action against an account:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by jli55
• Confirmed or suspected engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 8
• Evidence of problem gambling behaviour where jli55 has a duty of care to intervene
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
• Extended periods of account inactivity where jli55 determines it is appropriate to close the account

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jli55 will notify the account holder through their registered contact details. During a suspension period, the account holder cannot place new bets, make deposits, or process withdrawals until the investigation is resolved.

Where an account is permanently closed by jli55 due to a terms breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. jli55 will provide an explanation of the decision to the account holder, including whether any balance is returnable, within a reasonable timeframe after the decision is made.

You may also close your jli55 account voluntarily at any time by contacting jli55 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method after any applicable pending wagering requirements are assessed.

jli55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Online gaming at jli55 is intended as entertainment and must not be used as a substitute for managing financial difficulties or as a primary source of income.

jli55 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from your use of jli55, even if jli55 has been advised of the possibility of such losses
• Service interruptions, downtime, or delayed access to the jli55 platform resulting from factors outside jli55's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, payment provider disruptions, or force majeure events
• Actions taken by jli55 in good faith compliance with these Terms, including account restriction decisions made pending verification
• Loss or damage caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials

jli55's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jli55 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jli55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by jli55's negligence, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by law.

jli55 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jli55 will post the updated Terms at /terms-conditions with a revised effective date. For significant changes, jli55 may also notify active account holders through their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of jli55 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using jli55 and contact support to close your account and process any eligible remaining balance.

Minor editorial updates — corrections to spelling, formatting, or clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision — may be made without specific notice. The effective date will be updated to reflect even minor editorial revisions.
